- How The Empowerment Dynamic* (*TED) creates more powerful roles as alternatives to those found in the DDT.
- Key differences between a problem-focused & reactive orientation versus one that is outcome-centered and passion driven.
- How to harness the Dynamic Tension framework as a simple way to create the outcomes you want.

You’ve read the book (The Power of TED*). You’ve opened to the power in transforming the Dreaded Drama Triangle (DDT) into TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic). You’ve experimented in your own life with making “shift happen,” transforming your relationship roles from Victim to Creator; from Persecutor to Challenger; and from Rescuer to Coach. You’ve adopted a Creator Orientation toward your life and harnessed Dynamic Tension in envisioning and creating outcomes.
Now you are ready to take a deeper dive into TED* in order to increase your capacity as a Creator. While the concepts contained in TED* are simple, they are anything but easy to apply in a sustainable way.
If you are committed to enhancing the resourcefulness and quality of your relationships – at work, at home, in your communities – then this highly experiential workshop is for you.
Facilitated by David Emerald Womeldorff, author of The Power of TED* and co-founder of the Bainbridge Leadership Center, and Bert Parlee, PhD, integral coach, clinical psychologist and consultant with Stagen Leadership Institute of Dallas, during this 2-day experience you will:
- Explore and further investigate your own patterns of drama and empowerment;
- Expand your ability to live as a Creator; become a conscious, constructive Challenger; and serve as an effective Coach in all your relationships;
- Identify the often unconscious “competing commitments” and “big assumptions” that may limit or sabotage making a sustainable shift in your life – and how to overcome them;
